Refund Policy

At Mudel Digital Solutions, we strive for excellence and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund guidelines:

1. Service-Based Projects

• Refunds are not provided once work has commenced or digital deliverables have been shared.
• Partial refunds may be issued if a cancellation occurs before the design or consultation process begins.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital downloads and templates are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. Rescheduling

Workshops or consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Disputes

If you're unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.
